Corporate Events

MWECC offers excellent facilities and a friendly welcome to companies wishing to host inter or intra-company cricket matches or other sporting events. Our events can be tailored are suitable for players of all levels - from rank amateurs to serious cricketers.

We can provide equipment if required and club members will be on hand to assist as necessary with umpiring, scoring etc, in order to ensure a smooth running and successful event.

Dates and times and can be arranged to suit, however typically our corporate events are held mid-week and start at late afternoon, allowing both teams a decent innings in good light, usually 20 overs.

After the game, you can relax in the bar and we'll provide a quality barbeque including meats, vegetarian options, salads bread and desserts. Players and supporters are all welcome and no one will go home hungry! Alternative menus such as curry or chilli can also be arranged if a barbeque is not to your fancy.

Non-cricket events such as sports days catering for up to 100 can also be arranged, and we'll help out with equipment and helpers on the day as required.

Prices start at £265 for an evening cricket match plus barbeque for up to 30 people, and includes preparation of the wicket, use of all the facilities, use of equipment and a fun time!

Thanks for sending over the images. I was going to send an email over to you today just to say thank-you for being such a great host to us all on Tuesday, it was obvious that a lot of thought and effort had gone into organizing such a successful event.
